Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to full agreement with our Terms and Conditions listed below.

• When renting a property there will be nobody else staying with you during your holiday except the people booked at the time.
  
• No Pets are allowed in any of the property unless by written agreement with the owner.
  
• Check-in times are normally between 1500hrs onwards unless agreed otherwise Check-out time is at 1100hrs.
  
• Maid service is available once weekly for rentals more than 7 nights.
  
• Water, electricity, and gas consumption are included in the price. Keep in mind that Water and Electricity are very expensive.
  
• We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, like, traffic by the property, dogs barking, hawkers, renovations, restorations, upgrading and constructions going on close to your accommodation. If we are aware of any kind of noise in the area before your arrival, we will do our utmost to move you to a different but similar scale property.
  
• Bed Sheets and Bath Towels are provided at all farmhouses.
  
• Pool/Beach Towels are not provided.

Booking and Payments

• All quoted prices are in Maltese Lire (Lm).
  
• A booking is validated with a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount.
  
• The outstanding amount is payable in full on your arrival on Gozo.
  
• Deposit paid is not refundable if a cancellation is made within 14 days of the start of the rental period.
  
• We do not provide any type of insurance to protect you during your holiday.
